Anís del Mono Anisette Seco is a classic Spanish anise liqueur from Badalona, made with natural anise and other aromatic botanicals distilled in copper stills. The Seco bottling is the drier, higher-proof side of the range, with less sugar and a more direct, intense anise character.

Clear, aromatic, and full of licorice-like spice, it works beautifully as a traditional digestif, served chilled, over ice, or diluted with cold water for a refreshing, cloudy serve. It can also bring a bright anise note to cocktails where you might otherwise reach for pastis, absinthe, or other anise-based liqueurs.
