EPC Champagne Brut NV (750ml)
EPC is a collaborative project based in Épernay, working closely with growers across the region to create blends that are precise and easy to enjoy. This Brut leans into that idea. It’s approachable, but still has real structure behind it.
The blend is led by 50% Meunier, supported by 33% Chardonnay and 17% Pinot Noir, giving it both softness and lift. It’s built from 52% 2020 vintage fruit with 48% reserve wines, adding depth and consistency from year to year.
Vinified in stainless steel with full malolactic fermentation, the focus stays on purity and texture rather than overt richness. The fruit comes from Upper Cretaceous soils of chalk, limestone, and clay across the Épernay zone, which brings a subtle mineral edge beneath the fruit.
In the glass, it shows ripe yellow orchard fruit with a touch of dried fruit and a light iodine note, followed by a rounded, creamy palate. The 5 g/L dosage keeps things firmly in Brut territory, balancing freshness with a bit of generosity.
