Frey Ranch Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a true estate-distilled bourbon produced entirely on the Frey family farm in Fallon, Nevada. One of the few whiskey distilleries in the country to grow 100% of its own grains, Frey Ranch farms the corn, winter wheat, winter rye, and two-row barley used in the mash bill directly on their fifth-generation property before distilling, aging, and bottling on-site.
The bourbon is aged in new charred American oak barrels and bottled at 90 proof. The grain-forward approach gives the whiskey a distinctive profile built around layers of honey, caramel, baking spice, toasted grain, orange peel, and roasted nuts, with a texture that balances richness and freshness.
