She brews in Hiroshima Prefecture with locally grown Nakate Shinsenbon polished to 70% and uses the traditional Champagne method. You will enjoy aromas of Meyer Lemon and apples leading to flavors of Pear, Lychee, and toasty bread. Pair this with Oysters, spicy Thai and Indian dishes, and fruit based dessert.
