Luis Rodriguez Eidos Ermos Ribeiro Tinto 2024 (750ml)
This cuvee is made up of young vine Caiño, Brancellao, Souson, and Ferrol, native vines planted by Luis himself using massale selection. All of the fruit comes from Luis’s hometown of Arnoia, where the soils are granitic, and the vineyards are steep and south-facing. The wine is de-stemmed, fermented spontaneously with native yeasts in steel vat, and then raised partly in 225 liter French oak barrels and partly in steel vat for 12 months, with earlier release than Luis’s other red wines.
