Aurelien Gerbais is the fourth generation of the Gerbais house located in the Aube. The Grains de Celles is a blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay, and 25% Pinot Blanc, which is very rare in Champagne. This makes for a very bright and crisp glass of bubbles. It has a creamy texture with floral and citrus notes, and great chalky minerality due to the kimmeridgian soils. There are also notes of baked apple , pear and almond on the palate.
