Coming from all over the Willamette Valley, the grapes were harvested from September 14th to October 8th. The wine was fermented to dryness over 7-10 days with pump-overs to mix up the magic. The final wine was put down for a seven month slumber in stainless steel with a touch of oak influence.

All across Oregon the 2023 vintage was easy-peasy, lemon-squeezy! There was a late, cool spring, a warm dry summer with just a little heat blip in August, and a great looking harvest. Some years mother nature just lets you get the easy 'W'!
