At Pogo's Wine & Spirits, we strive for complete satisfaction with every bottle; however, due to the nature of alcohol beverage laws, we can only accept returns on products that are spoiled, corked, or shipped in error.
Return Process
- 1.Report the Issue
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase if you encounter a quality issue such as a corked or spoiled bottle.
- 2.Provide Documentation
Please keep the original bottle and receipt, as we require the physical product to be returned for evaluation by our quality control team.
- 3.Verification Process
Once the item is received at our store, our experts will inspect the wine to verify the defect and ensure it meets return eligibility requirements.
- 4.Resolution
Upon approval, we will issue a store credit or a replacement bottle of the same vintage, depending on current inventory availability.
